Payment Guidelines
The Cafeteria uses PowerSchool to track all food and drink purchases made by students, as well as their account balances. To ensure the smooth operation of this system, the following guidelines apply:
-
Parents are asked to pre-pay their accounts (minimum of TT$500) either at the front desk or in the Business Office.
-
ISPS is now accepting credit cards as a payment option. Please note that a 4% processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions.
-
We encourage parents to make use of non-cash options whenever possible.
-
Please email a copy of the payment confirmation to finance@isps.edu.tt.
-
Please follow this link for payment instructions and guidance on how to view your child's cafeteria balance.
-
Café accounts are not allowed to carry negative balances. Students and parents should monitor account balances regularly after purchases.
-
When a student’s café account reaches zero, no further purchases will be allowed until a deposit is made at the front desk or Business Office.
For questions regarding payments, including credit card transactions or other fees (e.g., ASA, lunch), please contact our Business Office at finance@isps.edu.tt
