Welcome from the Director

Dear ISPS Community,

I am honored to introduce myself as the new Director at the International School,  Port of Spain (ISPS). My name is Chris Terrill, and I am excited to join this vibrant, mission-driven school. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to developing independent learners who strive for academic excellence, pursue their unique potential, and meet challenges with confidence and integrity as they prepare for global citizenship.

As an accredited international school, you will find ISPS to be a community that is passionate about learning and the pursuit of personal excellence. I am particularly drawn to ISPS because of its strong sense of community and commitment to fostering an environment where every student can thrive.

I am thrilled to have recently relocated to Port of Spain with my wife, Keena, and two of our four daughters, Evelynne (Grade 9), and EmmaClaire (Grade 7). We are all looking forward to becoming active members of the ISPS family and the wider community.

In the coming months, I will be working to schedule individual meetings with each family to get to know you better. I believe that these personal connections are essential for building a strong, supportive school environment. We look forward to sharing with you how our programs, excellent facilities, and school culture continue to contribute to our mission to be a premier international school where students receive an education that helps them achieve their full potential.
