College Guidance
We are here to facilitate the “College Application” and the
“College Selection” processes for you.
In
order to facilitate and monitor the many applications of students as
well as to help with career guidance, ISPS has employed a web-based
system called
Family Connection by Naviance.
Introduction
to Family Connection and Naviance
Naviance:
With Naviance it
is possible for ISPS to manage the college and career advising
process; communicate with parents, students, and colleagues; and
analyze data about student achievement and outcomes.
Family
Connection:
Family
Connection is for the Family (students and parents).
Family Connection
allows families to investigate, research, monitor and communicate
with the school with regard to the College Application process as
well as Career Planning.
Family Connection is your tool to manage the college guidance
process.
As stated before,
Family Connection is a web-based system very much like Edline.
As such you will
need to:
· Connect to the
Internet using the internet address below, and
·
Login with a
unique username and password, or as a guest.
The

Login
Information
For
Students:
To obtain your
User name and Password for Family Connection you must speak with or
email your counselor, Mr. Moore email:
lmoore@isps.edu.tt
For
Parents:
For parents to gain access to Family Connection, there are a couple
steps that need to be taken by your child.
These are:
· Student
must login in to family connection AND fill out parental
information.
· Once this is done, the system will generate user names and passwords
for parents.
· Once these are generated, parents can contact the Guidance Counselor
for their login information.
Guests:
However, if you simply want to explore Family Connection, you may
login as a Guest, using the password:
PASSWORD
